Hey, MarCom!
For the past few months, we've been so busy meeting with clients and producing copy that we've let the blog slide. Apologies! We're still trying to figure out best practices for incorporating the blog into our regular routine—how to contribute to the ongoing dialogue among MarCom professionals without missing key business opportunities.
It's a classic dilemma for any marketing firm: how do you meet clients' needs (and deadlines!) without falling behind on self-promotion? The easy answer would be that, well, self-promotion isn't necessary when you're too busy with new business as it is. But of course that's not a good plan for the long term: as MarCom professionals, we need to move beyond the daily deadline and make our presence known in the wider community.
So we've taken a break from the blog to strategize how we might implement this tool in our promotional efforts without impeding our growth as a new business.
